If you’re returning Pillow Talk items in-store, make sure you bring the same card or payment method you used to buy your items. If you are returning your items by post, a flat rate shipping fee of $9.95 will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping from Pillow Talk typically costs a flat rate of $9.95, and is free on orders over $150.

Delivery rates are higher for bulky and oversized orders: bulky parcel shipping costs $39, large bulky parcel shipping costs $49, and oversized parcel shipping costs $79. Your delivery fee will be calculated at the checkout.
